Lucart is environmental partner of Slow Fish
Lucart was the environmental partner of Slow Fish, the biennial event dedicated to fishing and sea resources in the ancient port of Genoa from May 18th to 21st 2017.
TuttoPannocarta, the super-absorbent kitchen paper roll, landed in the Genoa aboard a customised food truck, where visitors were invited to sample many fish-based recipes under the slogan "Eat slow, clean fast" that sums up the values of the event with the characteristics of the product.
The rolls of Tutto Pannocarta were made available to everyone who ordered one of the recipes included in the menu (octopus and potato salad, piadina with sardines and herb emulsion, pan pizza with anchovies). The delicacies were prepared by a team of Cinemadivino chefs with many years of experience under the belt, who brought some of the traditional recipes from Romagna to Genoa. Carlo Catani, former director of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, guided them in their preparations. The travel diary, previews and all other information will be posted on the official Facebook page of Tutto Pannocarta.
As the environmental partner of the event, Lucart also supplied napkins and placemats made of recycled paper and Fiberpack® for the entire event.
