Massimo Pasquini

CEO and President of Lucart S.p.A.
I have held various positions in the technical and purchasing area, up to the Sales Department in the company since 1979. I was appointed CEO and President of the parent company in 2004.

I am a member of the Board of Directors of Assocarta and a member of the General Council of Confindustria Toscana Nord.

Alessandro Pasquini

Executive Director of Lucart S.p.A.; CEO of Lucart S.a.s.; CEO of Lucart Tissue & Soap S.L.U.
After graduating in Chemistry and Paper Science and Techniques in Finland, I joined Lucart S.p.A. in 2003 first in the technical area and then in the management control area. 

I took over the general management of the Group's activities in France in 2008 while earning an Executive MBA. I was named general manager of business in Spain following the acquisition at the beginning of 2018.

I have also been a member of the Board of Directors of Lucart S.p.A. since 2014.

Sandro Pasquini

Executive Director of Lucart S.p.A.; Director of Lucart Kft.; Director of Lucart Tissue & Soap S.L.U.; Corporate Planning & Controlling Director
I joined Lucart in 1992 after graduating in Economics and Business at the University of Pisa.
Until 1997 I worked on the project for the launch of the Group's Consumer business in a team with the Sales Director.

From 1998 to 2010 I held the position of Marketing Director of the Group and, from the end of 2010 I became Director of Strategic Planning and Control, also dealing with M&A projects since mid-2015.

Guido Carissimo

Non-Executive Director Lucart S.p.A.
I was appointed as a member of the Board of Lucart in 2015 as an Independent Director.

After graduating from Boston University and Bocconi, I worked for Pirelli in both the Finance and Industrial areas where, for the last 5 years, I was CEO of the Motorcycle Tyres Business Unit.

I later opened my own business and operating as CEO and Founding Partner of Caravans International and Auto Trail. The company was sold to Trigano, of which I am still a member of the Supervisory Board. 

The challenge I wanted to take up in Lucart is to accompany the company in the internationalisation process.

I was appointed to the Board of Directors of Lucart in 2007 as an independent director.

After graduating in Economics and Commerce in Florence, today I work as a chartered accountant and auditor, as well as being a partner in an international auditing firm.

In my professional experience, I have also been CFO of a medium-sized company listed on the MTA of the Italian stock market and consultant on consolidated financial statements and company audits.

Marco Baroni

Chief Financial Officer
After graduating in Economics and Commerce, I began my professional career at Olivetti where for 10 years I held positions of increasing responsibility until I took on the role of Head of Planning & Control of the Asia Pacific area. 

I joined Fiat Auto as responsible for the control of one of the foreign commercial areas and the planning and control activities of the Fiat Auto JV in Russia in 1997. Subsequently, I worked as FP&A Manager of Sun Microsystems Italia at a time of strong growth for the group.

I started my career as Chief Financial Officer in the Mantero Seta Group in 2002 and then continued it in the Itema Group and the Zobele Group.

I have been Chief Financial Officer of the Lucart Group since 2012.

Massimiliano Bartolozzi

Chief Information Officer
After earning a Master's degree in business management and organisational development at the Politecnico di Milano, I have held management positions in IT and business at medium-sized companies and multinationals, in Italy and abroad.

Since 2018 I have worked as Chief Information Officer at Lucart, where I coordinate the Group's information services.

In my job, I am committed to making the Company aware of innovation issues and select the most significant projects for the business from a potentially limitless offer.

Sabrina Cosci

Chief Quality & Environment Officer
I joined Lucart in 2005 and I hold the position of Chief Quality & Environment Officer at Corporate level. After graduating in economics, I earned a master's degree in Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Later, I had the opportunity to develop and apply the skills acquired in various plants, especially in the paper industry, both in Italy and abroad.

Over the years, I have been able to see the growing level of attention and knowledge of these issues on the market. The market requires and appreciates quality and respect for the environment of the product and the supply chain, the ability to be innovative, challenging and resilient and to be able to create and maintain good relationships.

After earning a degree in Engineering from the University Federico II of Naples and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from LUISS in Rome, I had various experiences in multinational companies both in Italy and abroad.

I joined Lucart in 2005 as Head of Logistics and Planning of the Group, following its international growth and development during these years.

Chief Operations Officer
I graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pisa and I joined Lucart in 2012 after various experiences in the management of Industrial Projects and Operations for several multinationals.

I started my career in the company as Industrial Director Italy and then in 2017, I became Chief Operations Officer of the Group, a position thanks to which I had the opportunity to accompany the growth of the company's plants.

Franco Pasquini

Chief Technology Officer
I started working at what was then Cartiera Lucchese S.p.A. in 1991, after earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on management. 

From 1994 to 2000 I worked as Head of Converting Production at the Diecimo plant, also collaborating in the development of programming logic and industrial accounting.

From 2000 to 2007 I held the position of Director of the Diecimo Plant.

In 2008 I was appointed as Industrial Director Italy and in 2011 I was tasked to manage the development of the Group's Paper Mill and Converting plants as Engineering Director - a position that I still hold today - also taking care of the KPI process performance, energy and industrial waste areas.

Lorenzo Pasquini

Chief Procurement Officer
After graduating in Logistic Engineering from the University of Pisa, I joined the company in 2002.

I started my career in the production sector following the transformation processes of raw materials and the technological part of the plants, before moving on to the Raw Materials Purchasing department and, in 2010, taking on the role of Group Purchasing Director.

I attended an Executive Course in Strategic Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at the MIP (Politecnico di Milano) the same year.

Carlo Maria Romeo

Chief Human Resources Officer
After graduating in Contemporary History from the University of Florence, I started my career in the Human Resources Department in foreign and Italian multinationals, progressively in roles of greater responsibility, with particular focus on personnel management, organisation and industrial relations.

I joined Lucart in 2014, as HR Manager Operations for Italy. Since January 2018 I have worked as HR Manager Italy, with responsibility for the personnel of all Lucart S.p.A. functions.

I have been Human Resources Director of the Lucart Group since June 2019.

Francesco Pasquini

Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
After a degree in Economics of Financial Institutions and Markets and a brief experience in the banking and business consulting sector in Europe and China, I joined Lucart with the task of structuring the first Export office of the Away from Home division in 2005.

Today I am the Group Sales and Marketing Director in charge of coordinating the three Divisions (Away from Home, Consumer, Business to Business).

"Working in Lucart makes me proud first of all as a man and as a father. The important answers that we can give in a concrete way to the issues of sustainability and the transition to a circular economy translates for me into being able to offer our customers innovative products that can contribute in their small way to better preserving the resources of our planet so that our children and future generations can also enjoy them."
