After a degree in Economics of Financial Institutions and Markets and a brief experience in the banking and business consulting sector in Europe and China, I joined Lucart with the task of structuring the first Export office of the Away from Home division in 2005.
Today I am the Group Sales and Marketing Director in charge of coordinating the three Divisions (Away from Home, Consumer, Business to Business). I have also been a member of the Board of Directors of Lucart S.p.A. since 2021.

I attended an Executive Course in Strategic Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at the MIP (Politecnico di Milano) the same year.

I worked for major industrial groups in the energy, engineering and construction sectors covering posts of increasing responsibility. I was involved and headed major finance and finance transformation operations aimed at optimising and developing business on domestic and international levels.
I joined Lucart as Group CFO in 2021.

I joined Lucart in 2014, as HR Manager Operations for Italy. Since January 2018 I have worked as HR Manager Italy, with responsibility for the personnel of all Lucart S.p.A. functions.
I have been Human Resources Director of the Lucart Group since June 2019.
