Today I am the Group Sales and Marketing Director in charge of coordinating the three Divisions (Away from Home, Consumer, Business to Business). I have also been a member of the Board of Directors of Lucart S.p.A. since 2021.

I took over the general management of the Group's activities in France in 2008 while earning an Executive MBA. I was named general manager of business in Spain following the acquisition at the beginning of 2018.
I have also been a member of the Board of Directors of Lucart S.p.A. since 2014.

I started my career in the production sector following the transformation processes of raw materials and the technological part of the plants, before moving on to the Raw Materials Purchasing department and, in 2010, taking on the role of Group Purchasing Director.
I attended an Executive Course in Strategic Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at the MIP (Politecnico di Milano) the same year.

I joined Lucart in 2004 and followed the acquisition and relaunch of the Torre di Mosto (VE) production plant and the Fato brand from 2007 to 2014. I have held the position of Corporate Communication Manager of the Group since 2015.
I have been a member of the Board of Directors of Lucart S.p.A. as Executive Director since 2024. I am currently a member of the general council of Confindustria Veneto Est.

My journey began as a chemical engineer, then progressed through a distinguished career at Colgate-Palmolive. I held roles of increasing responsibility, gaining significant experience in Europe and then across American, African, and Asian markets. This international exposure not only sharpened my technical acumen in managing complex production and supply chain networks but also fostered robust directional skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural settings.
After two years serving as a strategic supply chain advisor in Switzerland, in 2021 I joined Mondelez International – an American corporation leader in the food industry (brands Oreo, Philadelphia, Milka, Cadbury etc.), directing manufacturing for their Italy (Saiwa, Osella) and Spain cluster.
