Organisation and Company

The responsible management of our Group, in compliance with the shared strategic plan, is entrusted to the Board of Directors of Lucart S.p.A., the operating company at the head of the Lucart Group based in Porcari (Lucca-Italy). This is flanked by a Board of Statutory Auditors and a Management Committee, established with the aim of managing operating activities as effectively as possible.
