Partnership with UNISG and collaboration with Slow Food

After being chosen as Systemic Event Design Partner in 2016 by Slow Food for the 20th edition of Terra Madre - Salone del Gusto, we came into contact with the Systemic Event Design (SEeD) transdisciplinary applied research project developed by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo for Slow Food, which defined a new concept of quality.

In 2016, the SEeD project (aimed at organising events with low environmental impact) enhanced the relationships with the local territory and the community to leave a positive heritage, applying rules and principles oriented towards saving, reusing and recycling resources. It is with this in mind that we have joined the Natural project and all our products made of Fiberpack®.

From 2016 to date, our collaboration with Slow Food and the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo has gone from strength to strength and has seen our joint participation in a series of interesting projects. From Systemic Partner of the Slow Fish events in Genoa and Slow Food in Bra in 2017 (with the supply of our recycled FiberPack® products) to participation in the round table presentation organised by the "Food Industry Monitor" observatory on the performance of Italian companies in the food & beverage sector and a long-term scientific research project developed by the University of Gastronomic Sciences UNISG with the support of Banca del Ceresio.

In 2017 and 2018, we were once again technical sponsor of the “Master in Cucina Slow” of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo was confirmed. Thus contributing to an even stronger partnership, in which some university students were involved as actors and ambassadors, and the university itself served as a special location of the relaunch convention of our Tutto brand.
