Customer Services Advisor
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Services Department. If you are passionate about looking after customers and have a caring, patient and empathetic approach, then you will fit in perfectly at Lucart Hygiene Ltd. The role involves supporting our external sales team and liaising with customers, with a good telephone manner being vital. The successful applicant will need to have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Tasks Include
- Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Key Competencies
- Preferably experience working in Customer Service
- A good telephone manner
- Competent in Microsoft Excel i.e., Word, Excel etc.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
