We won the Grand Prix de la Good Economie with the EcoNatural project
We are proud to announce that we have received the Silver Award in the "Circular Economy" category at the 2025 Grand Prix de la Good Economie, thanks to our EcoNatural project.
The ceremony took place on June 4th in Paris, at the Auditorium of the Les Echos - Le Parisien group, in front of an audience of experts and professionals from the sustainability sector. The event, promoted by the media outlet The Goodand organized by the INfluencia group, annually rewards the best initiatives by companies committed to ecological and social transition.
The EcoNatural project was recognized as one of the most effective and long-lasting innovations in the field of circular economy. For 15 years, in Italy and France, we have been recovering beverage cartons such as Tetra Pak, recycling all of their components: the cellulose fibers are transformed into toilet paper and tissue products, while the plastic and aluminum are reused to produce paper dispensers.
In 2024 alone, our plant in Laval-sur-Vologne recovered the equivalent of 850 million one-liter cartons. Since 2013, thanks to this project, we have recycled over 12.5 billion beverage cartons, making a concrete contribution to waste reduction and efficient resource use.
“Receiving this award is a great satisfaction. It represents important recognition of our commitment and our technological and sustainable know-how. With EcoNatural, we prove every day that growth and environmental responsibility can coexist,” said Benoît Cottel, General Manager of Lucart France.
This award is a strong motivation for us to continue on the path of sustainable innovation, with concrete and measurable solutions for the benefit of the environment and future generations.
