With 3 stars out of 3, Lucart is the first company in the Italian paper industry to have obtained the highest Legality Rating score.
On January 25, 2017, the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) in agreement with the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Justice, confirmed the Legality Rating of Lucart S.p.A.

The Legality Rating is a new tool introduced in 2012 (Law no. 62/2012) for Italian companies, aimed at promoting and introducing ethical principles of conduct in the business environment, through a star scoring system indicative of the respect of legality by the companies that have requested it and, more generally, of the degree of attention paid to the proper management of their business.

Already in 2014, Lucart was one of the first companies in Italy to apply for the Rating and based on legal, behavioural, traceability, organizational models, ethics and more, and earned the score of 2 stars ++.
The legality rating has a duration of two years from its issue and is renewable upon request.

"We are very satisfied and proud to have achieved this ambitious goal, reserved for a small number of Italian companies. It is an accolade that rewards consistency and compliance with all regulations to protect consumers and the market", said Massimo Pasquini, CEO of Lucart.
