CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders into ERP, check the availability of products and confirm loadings/shipments to customers.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their Purchase Orders.
• Interface internally with several departments
• Prepare and check the required documents for transport, customs, shipping
• Strictly work with accounting department to monitor customers’ credit lines
• Provide with a strong support to Sales Reps and Area Managers
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle complaints coming from customers and reassign them to the proper department
• Extract and prepare datas/statistics
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary education
• Fluent English language (spoken and written);
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, proactive, open-minded, communicative personality who works well within a team.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ready to learn new applications and solutions and has quick learning ability.
