Board of Directors renewal: Francesco Pasquini is the new Ceo, Massimo Pasquini is confirmed as Chairman
Lucart, announces the Board of Directors renewal with Francesco Pasquini appointed as CEO. Massimo Pasquini, who has led the Group since 2004, is confirmed as Chairman.
After signing the transaction with which Azzurra Capital acquires a strategic shareholding in Pasfin S.p.A., the holding company that entirely controls Lucart S.p.A., the Board of Directors members are now:

I intend to build on my years of experience as head of sales and marketing to lead Lucart to achieve the ambitious growth and profitability targets set out in the Group's strategic plan", commented Francesco Pasquini, CEO of Lucart. "Social and environmental sustainability have always been our guiding factors and, strong of the Group's more than 70 years of history, I am sure that we will be able to improve day by day and keep introducing technological innovations. We have immediately established a relationship of full trust and collaboration with Azzurra Capital and together we are studying a growth and expansion plan that will drive the company to achieve new goals.”
After signing the transaction with which Azzurra Capital acquires a strategic shareholding in Pasfin S.p.A., the holding company that entirely controls Lucart S.p.A., the Board of Directors members are now:
- Massimo Pasquini - Chairman;
- Francesco Pasquini - Chief Executive Officer;
- Alessandro Pasquini, Lorenzo Pasquini and Tommaso De Luca - Executive Directors;
- GianErnesto Bernardi, Cristina Ferrari, Federico Lovadina and Massimo Innocenti - Non-Executive Directors.
