Quality Coordinator
We’re looking for an enthusiastic detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Department.
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing quality management strategies. You will also be responsible for inspecting raw materials, stock and investigating non-conformances.

Responsibilities
- Work with departments across the business and provide support with problem solving and other quality initiatives.
- Assist in the management of the Quality function producing reports and identifying any improvements
- Monitor Quality and compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Gather data and generate reports to support decision making within the team and wider business.
- Coordinate sample testing of raw materials & finished products to ensure compliance with standards and maintain records
- Investigate credit claims and liaise with department managers and suppliers
- Plan and conduct internal audits in alignment with the appropriate standards, document findings and ensure improvement / corrective actions are implemented and effective.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards
Key Competencies
- Experience in conducting audits against ISO9001, 14001 & 45001 processing audit documentation and improvement reports.
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Experience in administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Highly organised with the ability to work on own initiative, and manage time effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge and experience of root cause analysis and corrective action, logical approach to resolution of issues is desirable
